Sanarium
Gentle sweating: Our Sanarium – Feel the soothing warmth on your skin
A sanarium is a special sauna, with a slightly milder temperature and soothing humidity. It has a gentle effect on the circulation, because the room temperature oscillates between 55° and 65° Celsius and the humidity is between 40% – 55%. In addition, a sanarium regulates blood pressure, the metabolism reacts positively and a visit also has a preventive effect against flu infections. And by the way, it is simply pleasant to feel the warmth and breathe in the scent of spruce wood.
Info: towels can be found on site, in winter open daily from 15:30 to 19:30, in summer on request.
Kinderparadies
Children’s playroom: Hey ho ho ha hee ha ha our indoor children’s playroom
In our children’s playroom, you can really let off some steam. Show how you can slide down the slide. Or play hide and seek in the crawling tunnel. There are Lego soft bricks for younger children. If you look closely, you’ll spot jolly bees, butterflies and planes on the walls to play with and twist. Thrilling hockey matches, clip clap games and a climbing wall mean guaranteed fun for all.
Next to our restaurant, we have created an indoor playroom , specially designed for crawling babies and toddlers. Soft stairways, carpet covered platforms, rounded edges and saliva-resistant varnish create a safe atmosphere.

2. Pinzgau Wood Art: Discovering new forms and designs
Look around at the landscape: the thick forest indicates that the natural world is healthy and intact. And that’s also reflected in the local crafts. Three passionate and creative natives of Hinterglemm joined forces and founded GlemmART. They love working with wood. Whether it’s rough work with a chainsaw or fine work with a wood carving knife, turning a local material into something beautiful to look at. We are captivated, too, and have purchased a number of pieces for our hotel lobby. You are welcome to visit the artists in their studio in Hinterglemm.
Location: GlemmART in the Hotel Alpine Palace, Reiterkogelweg 169, 5754 Hinterglemm
