There is a new Escape Trail in Saalbach Hinterglemm<\/h5>\n

Mystery Queens<\/strong>, the new, exciting escape trail in Saalbach Hinterglemm, makes your brain and legs glow. Vikki & Melli – our Mystery Queens, two Austrian YouTubers who love paranormal phenomena. They found an article from the 19th century in a newspaper archive, which states that a Saalbacher had locked up the “Habergoa\u00df in the flesh”. The Mystery Queens want to investigate this. They carry out research in Saalbach and conduct interviews with villagers. The trail leads into the mountains, to huts and mountain pastures. Suddenly, Vikki & Melli disappear on a night hike.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Info<\/strong>: We recommend the Escape Trail for ages 12 and up for groups of 2 to 8 people. The game takes approx. 5-6 hours with a walking time of approx. 4 hours for approx. 10 km and 400 meters in altitude. The game set is available in a backpack at the Tourist Service Center. Regardless of the number of people, a game costs 49 euros (50 euro deposit). Prerequisites are good shoes, sure-footedness, a fully functional smartphone and internet. Please note that the Escape Trail is not suitable for strollers.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Along the way, courage, skill and wits are required to solve the mystery of the disappeared magical objects. The time will fly by. (Easy, 3.3 km, 1:32 hours, start and finish: Reiterkogel mountain station)<\/li>\n
  2. Golden Gate Bridge<\/strong> – The 200-meter-long, 42-meter-high bridge is part of the treetop trail and offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. This trail – the highest treetop hiking trail in Europe – leads up to 30 meters above the forest floor with stairs, towers and bridges. (Easy, start and finish: parking lot at the end of the valley, outward and return 2 km each, 1 km Baumzipfelweg)<\/li>\n
  3. On the 12er Kogel<\/strong> you can still make a summit tour<\/strong> with the children and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. There are also playgrounds, a marble run and a wooden miniature golf course where young adventurers can let off steam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

    1. Saalbacher H\u00f6henweg<\/strong> – The Saalbacher Panorama Trail leads through forests and over mountain ridges from Saalbach to Leogang. The proximity and the view of the Steinerne Meer are impressive.
      \nTour info: The starting point is the Kohlmaisbahn cable car. At the top you have the choice between the high trail towards the Spielberghorn (with descent via the Spielberghaus) or further to Leogang and back to the middle station of the Kohlmaisbahn. The hike is easy, but requires good footwear, as many roots characterize the path.<\/li>\n
    2. Pinzgauer Spazierweg<\/strong> – This high-altitude trail is a visual highlight with views of the glacier world of the Hohe Tauern and the Gro\u00dfglockner, Austria’s highest mountain. The trail runs continuously at an altitude of about 2,000 m and is therefore particularly suitable for hot days. The Pinzgauer H\u00f6henweg can be combined with various hikes. Our recommendation: Take the Westgipfelbahn to the top. Follow the Pinzgauer hiking trail to the Seet\u00f6rl. From there it is possible to descend to the Hacklbergeralm and continue hiking to the middle station of the Westgipfelbahn. For experienced hikers we recommend an additional loop. From Seet\u00f6rl to the Hochsaalbachkogel and the Medalkogel and then via the Hacklbergeralm back to the middle station. The total walking time is about 5 hours.<\/li>\n
    3. Stoffennieder<\/strong> – For those who enjoy hiking in cooler air, the Stoffennieder is an insider tip. First with the Zw\u00f6lferkogelbahn to 1,984 m, then in 45 minutes to the Penhab (190 m) and comfortably further to the Stoffennieder. For experienced hikers there is the possibility to continue to the summit of the Manlitzkogel (2.247 m).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

        It’s here at last! The ideal way to get your children motivated about hiking! The Kids Hiking Challenge triggers children\u2019s instincts as explorers and sets them off on a mountain adventure. There are 6 different Kids Hiking Trails (Nature Trail, Treetop Trail, Fairytale Forest, Zw\u00f6lferkogel Summit, Schattberg Summit and Motor Skills Trail), and children have to check in at 3 control stations on each hike. You’re deemed to have completed a trail when three symbols have been punched. Once you’ve completed 2 trails, you get a cool reward.<\/p>\n

        Information<\/strong>: There\u2019s a bronze medal for 2 complete trails, a silver medal for 3-4 trails and a gold medal for 5-6 trails! Rewards can be claimed from the Saalbach Hinterglemm tourist office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

In the year 1765, the muleteer (load carrier) Anna sends a call for help by mistake to the year 2023. She is innocently in jail for liquor smuggling. However, Reverend Thaddeus believes in her innocence and makes those involved confess. Help them uncover the conspiracy and free Anna from the dungeon. Can you manage to help Anna?<\/p>\n

The game takes about 3-5 hours with a walking time of about 90 minutes for 5 km and 170 meters of altitude. You can pick up the play set – together with a Buckelkraxn – at the Tourist Service Center. The price per game is 49 euros (50 euro deposit). Good shoes, surefootedness, smartphone with full battery and internet are prerequisites.         It\u2019s here at last \u2013 the perfect place to practise your jumps. Practice in safety next to the Reiterkogelbahn cable car and perfect the coolest tricks without risking injury. The Bag Jump Area is free of charge and open daily from 9 am to 8.30 pm. The Bag Jump is closed in bad weather on safety grounds. We wish you lots of fun and cool jumps.

        Tie your laces and head off down unknown tracks. Start right from the Reiterkogelbahn cable car (300 m). From there, run slightly uphill to the Reiteralm hut and then on up to the Speichersee Lake cross. From the glistening lake with its crystal-clear water, your legs will say “Ol\u00e9”, because now you have arrived at the steepest part of the trail.
        \nAs a reward, you can see the beautiful Hinterglemm Alps right on the Reiterkogel summit. Run along the ridge, past the Rosswaldh\u00fctte restaurant and back to the Reiterkogelbahn lift, which will take you back down the valley.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
