Booking conditions

Winter:

• up to 8 weeks before the arrival date there are no cancellation fees.
• 8 to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the total arrangement price
• Cancellations made up to in the last two weeks before the scheduled day of arrival: 90% of total price.
• In case of early departure or late arrival, the full amount will be charged. Booking are confirmed when we receive a written booking confirmation from you and you receive confirmation in return from us.

Summer:

• up to 8 weeks before the arrival day there are no cancellation fees
• 8 to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the total arrangement price
• Cancellations made up to in the last two weeks before the scheduled day of arrival: 90% of total price.
• Guests who leave earlyor arrive late will be charged the full total price of the stay they have booked.
